1. Layout, materials, and site review
We review the lawn area, access, existing irrigation, drainage, and connections to patios and planting beds. Compare turf samples around appearance, foot traffic, pets, and your maintenance routine.
2. Removal, grading, and base preparation
Your agreed scope establishes what needs removing and how the base and finished grade will be prepared. Compaction and planned water movement support the surface above.
3. Turf, seams, edges, and finishing
We plan turf layout and transitions, secure the installation, and complete the specified infill and brushing. The final walkthrough is a chance to review the finished work and ongoing care.

Your installed price depends on the measured area, turf selection, removal and disposal, equipment access, base preparation, drainage, and borders. A small lawn replacement and a complete backyard have different scopes. Can you install turf as part of a complete backyard project?
Yes. Mad Turf can coordinate artificial grass with paver patios, walkways, decorative rock, planting, irrigation, landscape lighting, and wall features. Planning these together helps align finished elevations, drainage, and the way people move through the yard.
What goes underneath artificial grass?
The installation needs a prepared, compacted aggregate base suited to the property and its drainage needs. We assess existing surfaces, grade, and water movement before defining the preparation. Turf backing alone cannot solve a drainage problem underneath the lawn.
Is artificial turf suitable for dogs and Las Vegas summers?
We offer turf options for pet areas and discuss backing, infill, drainage, and rinse access. Artificial grass can become hot in direct sun, so shade and timing of use matter for people and pets. Pick up solid waste and rinse and clean pet areas regularly; a drainable system still needs care.
How long will my turf installation take?
Timing depends on project size, demolition, access, preparation, and any pavers or other landscape work included. We discuss the expected schedule once the scope is defined rather than promise the same turnaround for every yard.
What happens during the consultation?
